The journey of “Mind wellness psychological centre” is never ending as they are clearing their milestones with the support of their brilliant team who are capable of giving satisfied individuals through excellent counselling sessions, workshop training programs, Internship programs etc . We are confident that we will continue to scale milestones of excellence for years to come. Her goal as a therapist is to help her clients move towards feeling fully alive, present, and engaged in their life — to help them live the kind of life they want. She works with patients to identify what is truly important to them and to develop new approaches to pain, anxiety, and distress so that they can be more engaged with the present, more satisfied with their life.
Dr Pubalin works with different multinational and national organizations and corporations to provide confidential employee assistance services, mediation and conflict resolution, career and fitness for duty assessments, and specialized training programs. She is a highly experienced psychologists for evaluation of psycho-educational issues, career assessment, custody and divorce, community work, Research and development.
She is a licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist, completed her Ph.D and Research Associateship from University of Delhi. Her research work is based on clinical and child psychology. She has been associated with several delinquency homes, prisons, police, sexual assault victims, corporates and with different communities. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of research, teaching and as a psychologist. She has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-behaviour therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy to address early trauma. She has special interest, training, and experience working with adolescents, and families experiencing attachment disruptions. She provides professional training and consultation as well as the development of workplace programs targeted at improving the health and wellness of employees. She has written a book and numbers of national and international research papers on different mental health issues.

Dr. Ravindra Kumar was born and raised in Uttar Pradesh, India. He obtained his Master Degree in Psychology from D.A.V. (P.G.) College, Muzaffarnagar (U.P.) affiliated with CCS University, Meerut (U.P.). He obtained his Doctorate Degree in Psychology from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar (Uttra Khand) India.
Presently, he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Quantum University, Roorkee (Uttra Khand). He has a good experience of more than ten years in teaching, research and administration in various reputed educational institutions. He has published more than sixteen research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has edited more three books in the field of psychology, education, research methodology. He has published various book chapters in reputed edited volumes in the field of psychology. He has organized many seminars, workshop, guest lectures, faculty development programs and awareness camps for the students, community and teaching professionals.
